Part 1
Write a paper of 750-1,000 words explaining the decision to scale your business. Consider how scaling forces the development of a strategy to recruit and organize resources. Identify barriers and solutions for handling those barriers. Incorporate a marketing strategy for your potential customers. Develop a strategy for your business that addresses the following:
Is your business idea scalable? Why or why not?
What barriers exist to meet the highest production targets you could forecast? How will you address them? What is the timeline with milestones?
What are your internal staffing requirements at higher sales forecasts?
What technologies will you need to achieve that scale?
What capital will you need to achieve your target?
Part 2
Based on your scaling challenge reflection in Part 1, choose a technology to scale your business venture exponentially. Some examples include but are not limited to: A social media marketing post to promote your business, an e-mail opt-in form, a blog related to your business venture and targeted audience, an infographic to obtain new clients or customers, an online inventory management system, and data analytics software to inform decisions and drive growth. Address the following:
Provide a justification of the technology you will use to scale your business venture exponentially.
Describe the challenges and costs of using this technology.
Provide a screenshot or evidence of your use of the technology. For example, if you created a blog, you can provide the hyperlink. If you created a social media marketing post, you can provide the screenshot.
