Write a 1,100-word Project Implementation Plan for the organization using the LT Project of Buidling a House which will also be used for the final project due in Week 5. The Project Implementation Plan must include the following sections:

Project Communications Plan: Project communications plans are defined in section 10.2, titled Plan Communications, in A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge. Note: You must Include a Communications Plan Matrix. What meetings/communication, medium used/why, frequency/why, etc should be discussed for your project/matrix and why must include words to discuss the communication plan. This Plan needs to be specific to your project.

Risk Analysis: Risk analysis is defined in section 11.3, titled Plan Risk Management, in A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge.Note: You must perform/apply/walk me through the Risk Analysis to your project. For example during the risk analysis one step is to identify the Risks, I would expect to see you discuss this step and then apply it by showing me all the risks in your project/how they were arrived at. You will then do the same for other steps/stages in the Risk Analysis to include the Qualatative and Quantatative analysis (show me how you have applied these steps to the risks you just identified) and how you address each of the risks.

Format your paper consistent with APA guidelines. Tables may be used to format and organize the implementation plan. They can be included within the plan rather than at the end as normally required by APA guidelines. Words used in tables/charts do not count against the word count.
