Start with an overall summary of findings and then explain more by organizing findings by trends, focusing on what is most relevant to your organization/influencer/group.
Professionally, clearly, and directly analyze and discuss the findings of your user research. Stylistically, this report should sound objective, data-driven, and user-focused—overall, it should imitate the language of the examples provided. This report should focus on the implications of your user research for your chosen organization/group/influencer’s content strategy. Your audience shouldn’t be me, but instead your organization.
Use evidence (quotes from users) throughout to support your findings.
Conclude with preliminary recommendations for building, improving, altering, etc. content strategy based on your findings from the interviews (as well as from the content strategy analysis, if there are connections you want to make).

Overview
I did a user experience research on Bape with an aim of understanding
usability constraints and general usage analysis in terms of users’
behaviors, habits, perceptions, experiences, etc. based on its user
experience design. In order to strategically understand the users and their
needs, I had to apply a mix of both qualitative and quantitative research
methodologies to obtain the necessary data attributes.
The qualitative data is meant to serve as a descriptive data and takes
more look at how the users think and feel, whereas, the quantitative data
is meant to provide numerical data statistics – measurable and
analyzable, meant to quantify the opinions and the behaviors exhibited
by the users. I conducted extensive research on BAPE’s users in a bid to
understand their preferences, perceptions, behavioral patterns, needs,
and experiences as regards the company’s products and strategies.
Since its establishment in the early ’90s, the brand boasts many original
releases such as BAPE STA and Shark Hoodie which helped the

company gain a foothold in the street-wear industry (BAPE, 2019). This
research included interviews which led to a considerable number of
discoveries about consumer behavior, regarding BAPE.

Based on the methodology data obtained, the following were some
common usability trends, statistical and analytical as they navigate on
bape.com:
Trends 1-Uniqueness and Originality
“Yeah I know BAPE. It’s definitely a huge brand. For the street brand
and has a very rich background for these street brands.”
“BAPE has very unique logo. Its products also popular in street
brands.”
The company’s strict adherence to originality in their products is one of
the reasons why they boast among the most loyal customers of
streetwear in the world. They offer a variety of unique commodities
from BAPE STA footwear which are among the top most expensive
shoes globally, to the Shark Hoodies that scream a lot of Hip Hop in its
pattern. The company also manages to maintain is high quality in design

among other factors, thereby ensuring that they retain their clients even
with the expensive price tags on commodities.
Trends 2-Collaborations
“From a personal perspective. Definitely the collaboration of BAPE and
Adidas which is a really huge corporation in fashion.”
Most individuals who use BAPE do close deals due to the influence
provided for by famous artists in the entertainment industry. The
company all through its inception to date, has had interests in using artist
collaboration in its content strategies. Additionally, most BAPE
consumers are ardent internet and social media users from which they
get most of their news on fashion. These factors help to influence trends,
thereby increasing or decreasing the traffic in BAPE’s websites by
affecting the interests of clients to visit the site and make purchases.
Trend 3 – Bape’s Design and Information Organization

“I think the company should be posting some specific information about
their brand.”
Many participants complained of the general outlook of BAPE’s sites,
citing little information regarding the overall company, products on
stock, and notifications for future releases. Additionally, BAPE’s official
website appears dull and less interactivity as compared to Supreme
which is more colorful and easy to navigate, allowing customers to
spend more time on it. BAPE also did not make use of a customerreferring system that increased customer awareness on their fellow
clients’ activities on the site.

“I think the official website of this brand is relatively simple, I tried to
open it. Find the content very concise, the content is not a lot. And
there’s a little lag when I open it.”

Website contents lack substantial information, at times non-informative
and non-relevant. This hinders the websites visitors’/users’ confidence in
the Bape.com’s knowledge and competence. Some functionality
constraints existed. For instance, the website’s page load time was still
high and this frustrates the users and makes them disillusioned about the
website. A typical page is expected to load in 20 seconds or even less.
Again, the functionality issue affects the scrolling and clicking actions
the user undertakes on navigation. Lastly, on the cross-platform
compatibility issue – actually, the website lacks the current professional
responsive designing features where a user cannot easily obtain
information on the website using a mobile device’s platform.
Trends 5- Instagram and Facebook Are Popular Platforms
“I use Instagram to look through the brand daily. It spend me hours a
day. I also use Facebook because BAPE also has posts on Facebook.”

for 2 hours a day.”
Instagram and Facebook are the most popular platforms for BAPE.
According to the users research interview, they use Instagram for
average 2 hours a day and use Facebook for half an hour. Users use
Instagram and Facebook to follow BAPE and get new products and
trends information. These social media will attract users to purchase the
products through photos and posts.

Many participants feel that the general outlook on BAPE’s site should
be subject to massive improvements. From contrast, pattern, the
balance of colors and variety, the company should enhance the
design in the quest to attract more visitors and making navigation
more straightforward and aesthetically attractive.

Summary
The sole purpose of any informative website is to provide quality
information that will encourage more users or visitors to make visits and
stay on the website for a long time possible. Maintaining and improving
the website’s visiting traffics demands a lot of considerations especially
comes to user experience and usability designing of a website.
