Write a self-reflection of your conflict style. Do you agree with the assessment? Do you have examples from your life when you have seen your Storm style in action?
Part 2:
Use your Kraybill Conflict Inventory results to determine your highest scoring “storm” style and “calm” style. In your initial post, discuss the costs and benefits to using these styles. Also, discuss the costs and benefits related to your lowest scoring styles. While much of this post will be based on the report you receive, be sure to also include at least 2 examples of how you can incorporate these suggestions into your professional (as a social worker) or personal life.
