Your paper can be based on interviews with those involved in HIE, readings, Internet research, or a combination of all three. Be sure that your paper aIDresses the following areas.

The paper should be approximately 710 typed pages in length, double-spaced, and using 12-point font (APA format). The page count does not include your cover page or References page. You must include a References page, citing your references in APA format.

Week 7 Deliverables (brief online presentation in the Week 7 Discussion area)20 points
As part of the Course Project, you must post a brief PowerPoint presentation to the class during the Week 7 Discussion, reviewing a highlight of your project findings and posting a question for the class as well as responding to your classmates questions. The online presentation and question is to be posted at the beginning of Week 7 to allow your classmates the opportunity to respond throughout the week. The presentation also needs to be placed in the Week 7 Dropbox.
