Many colleges/universities have instituted some form of diversity training. Among a host of other reasons is the need to better understand and serve the needs of an ever-increasing diverse population of students. For this week’s discussion address the following questions:

Should every college/university require diversity training for college leaders and faculty members? Please justify your answer. What steps should colleges/universities take before instituting diversity training? Finally, do you believe there is an ethical obligation to provide such training?
