1. Reflect on which resumé format is better suited for you, the functional or chronological
resumé, and explain why (1 point). Provide your 1-page resumé using the resumé format that is
best suited for you (4 points).
2. Think about a job/organization to which you are planning to apply. Write a 1-page cover
letter for the job/organisation to which you will apply (5 points).
3. Using your own words, explain what are facilitative emotions (25 words; 1 point). Using your
own words, explain what are debilitative emotions (25 words; 1 point). Reflect on your personal
emotive reaction to the COVID-19 pandemic. List three emotions that you have experienced.
Explain whether they are facilitative or debilitative emotions, and tell me why (150 words; 3
points).
4. Reflect on the seven types of ineffective listening that we discussed in class. From the list of
seven, select five (only) that you have showed at some point in your life. Write the definition of
these five types of ineffective listening, followed by an example of when you showed this
behaviour (2.5 points; 20 words each). After each example, tell me how you can change the
ineffective listening behaviour (2.5 points; 20 words each).
