The relationship between the cities with COVID-19

On this research paper I want to show the relationship between the cities with COVID-19 high number of deaths cases and the cities area elevations.
I find out most of cities with high number of deaths the elevations 0-100 ft but the area around the cities 2000-20000 ft
For example
Guayaquil, Ecuador
Washington State
California State
Henan, China

Or cities with 0-300 ft and a lot of skyscraper
For example
New York, US
Chicago, US
