By learning from others, we can avioid making those same mistakes and can be more aware if we find ourselves in a similar situation. By writing at an advanced collegiate level, using resources, we are practicing our advanced communication skills.

APA or MLA format (Abstract not required for APA)
Minimum of 2 pages double spaced.
Minimum of 2 resources if possibleresources can be electronic, printed, from an accident investigation course, etc.
Resources can also be a personal experience or an experience told to you from a trustworty source. If you are unable to utilize 2 sources, please make a note in the comments section of the assignment submission. (Think outside the box. Is it a case where there was an engine malfunction? Reference from a maintenance manual/article. Did you miss something in your pre-flight? Reference the proper way to conduct a preflight from your a flight manual. Was someone flying when they were unfit to fly? Reference the protocol of IMSAFE and the FAA requirements for airmen.)
