We know that marijuana can be detected days and even weeks after use, depending on the period of time used and amount and strength of drug used. Should employers allow people to work at occupations while testing positive for marijuana? What about drive?
There are no FDA approved/acknowledged studies that clearly identify marijuana as a treatment for a disease or symptom. With that knowledge, and the knowledge that insurance doesnt cover you for illegal acts, how would you advise a doctor living in a state that had legalized medical marijuana?
