Your working at a remote field station and you’ve been given a container of undentified mostly microscopic. Your job is to determine if the organisms are bacteria, unicellular algae, or protozans.

However the lab is stocked with all the chemicals you need to test for the presence of particular molecules and cellular components for example, you might have a hypothetical chemical that would turn blue in the presence of chloroplasts, which should distinguish one of the four groups listed above.
