The details of the strategies will be set out in the agency planning template (which should be included as the first appendix, but referred to here). Here, in the body of the report, focus on describing the evidence-based rationale for your strategies. You may also wish to include statements about how concepts such as capacity building, partnerships and sustainability have been built into your strategies, and cite references as appropriate. Write about a paragraph, or about 150 words, on each strategy describing the rationale/evidence base. You need to include references.
You should use examples from Blocks 1, 2 and 7, and the associated materials to illustrate your answer.4
