The use of water bottles have conveniently made its way to one of the many things Americans spend their money on, as billions are spent annually. The excessive use of plastic bottles is not only costly, but also unnecessary, as there is tap water accessible within each household. It can be unquestionably shocking to some individuals to see such an unconvincing culprit, like the use of bottled water, having such an environmental impact. However, although convenient, plastic water bottles are harmful and can ultimately lead to the deterioration of our environment, and for that reason, should be ban.
