   2. Artist #2 Discuss how popular culture has influenced thematic content. For example, you may choose to discuss Jack Cole’s Jazz choreography in Kismet in relation to “orientalism,” and how during the golden era and into the 1950’s, the fascination with “exotic cultures” influenced the thematic content and costume choices, etc. Be sure include discussion on specific choreography found in in this module, and descriptions of the movement citing timestamps.
