The essay should cover: Infamous Civil Rights decisions in the courts, such as but not limited to, Brown v. Board of Education and how it contributed to radicalization in southern racial politics.

In what respect did the Court’s decision influence state legislatures to enact laws deemed regressive to the advancement of Civil Rights?

How does the backlash effect spread throughout the United States? What are the implications for other social movements if a controversial decision is reached in one area? Do other controversial campaigns experience regression after the Court’s hand down a controversial decision?

To what extent is it possible to detect backlash against African Americans within the public opinion?

As well as, other remarkable events that shaped the future of the American Political system for African American racial equality.
