I need a position paper “MLA”. the topic is about “Should the state of Florida Increase the funds for the university of South Florida”. My position is yes. and these are my claims.

The position statement: the state of Florida should increase the funding for USF.

The claims:

• An increase in the funds would help to develop the education system and the academic standing for the students.
• The increase in the funds would help the university to make a better environment for the students on the academic aspects and living.
• The increase in the funds for USF would allow her to give more scholarships for students.

opposite claim:

• College tuition has increased exponentially regardless of the steady consistent state funding

Use these claims and provide evidence for each claim. As well include refutation for the opposite claim.
