I don’t understand this History question and need help to study.

100 points total. Respond to TWO questions

Your focus must be on the course materials and you must cite evidence with page numbers (Zitkala-Sa, 6) or documentary timestamps whenever you use them, not just for direct quotations. Parenthetical citations are fine. You will not get credit for information from outside of this course; however, should you (unwisely) choose to use such information, it must be cited otherwise it will be considered plagiarism. No Bibliography or coversheet necessary. Be sure to include the number and letter of the exam question 2B. Each individual essay should be no longer than 500 words, but if you go slightly over, no worries.

50 points Answer ONE of the following questions:
