Poster to reflect Reality, Expectations, Changes, and Hopes for a more inclusive workplace, i.e. an example of non-inclusiveness in the work place, how it could be resolved, what you would do and what needs to change for this to happen. Use a specific example and follow through. Be prepared to present for 5 minutes, using your poster. Practicality should be a major area of the assessment.
My example will be when people at work have common interests and form group which in turn ends up leading to non-inclusiveness in the work place so, we I have to use this as my example to answer what is below,
