1.)Texts on criminal justice often point to the challenges of adapting drug courts to Native American culture and a tribal court setting. Discuss whether you believe the Native American drug courts are in conflict with the traditional system of American justice. Explain whether you believe that such modifications to the traditional justice system should be permitted.
2.)Describe the characteristics of juvenile victims of crime. Are they similar to or different from the characteristics of adult victims of crime? Why is there greater potential for racial discrimination in the juvenile justice system than in the adult justice system? Do you believe that racial minorities are at a cumulative disadvantage or compound risk after they enter the juvenile justice system? Explain what this means and why it is a cause for concern.
Provide at least one different credible source in APA format for each question. Answer should be at least two paragraphs for each question minimum.
