Overcoming Barriers to Perception
Perception involves how we think and feel about the world around us. However, our self-concept deals with how we think and feel about whom and what we are. Our self-concept, much like our perceptions, will shape our communication.

Which barrier(s) to self-perception do you think present the most challenge to you in an organizational context? Please identify at least two.
