You are the senior Human Resources representative in a large organization that currently operates out of one location in the United States. You attend a strategy meeting and learn that your company is going to be expanding and adding new facilities in four strategic locations throughout the United States. You have been asked to participate in the planning sessions to determine what human capital will be needed to successfully start up these new facilities.
