Design, develop and deploy a secure java program that uses java methods (Pre-defined and/or User-defined) and parameters
Your program should check for Input Validation as well as include your detailed Algorithm explaining your reasoning/logic.
Your program should also handle exception where necessary using the java syntax include try/catch statements
Create a FrenchNumbers application that displays numbers 11 -20 in French. A method with an int parameter should display the French word for the number passed.
A loop structure in the main() method should be used to call the method ten times. The French word equivalent for numbers 11 – 20 are

12 douze
13 treize
14 quatorze
15 quinze
16 seize
17 dix-sept
18 dix-huit
19 dix-neuf
20 vingt
