John, a 25 year old dock worker has been coming in late to work. John has been with the company for just 9 months and has been given two verbal warnings regarding his conduct. Today John arrived 30 minutes after his scheduled shift. You, as his manager have decided to give him a written warning indicating that this is an infringement of the company policy and if this behavior continues further disciplinary action will be taken.
Employee 2
Xiong Chen, a 55 year old supervisor in the receiving department has been coming in to work late. She has been with the company for 10 years and has been given two verbal warnings regarding her conduct. Today Xiong arrived 30 minutes after her scheduled shift. You, as her manager have decided to give her a written warning indicating that this is an infringement of the company policy and if this behavior continues further disciplinary action will be taken.
