The family of George Floyd settled a civil lawsuit filed against the city of Minneapolis and the four police officers involved in his death.  What criteria would the judge have used if this case had been heard in court? Create a slideshow that describes five criteria that the court would have used to evaluate the George Floyd civil case involving excessive force claims. You must devote one slide to each criteria (a total of 5 slides is required). You cannot simply insert a picture alone on a slide.  A 6th slide can be added with the title of your show and your name if you wish, DO NOT include a reference list slide).
