Working With Individuals, families, groups, organizations, and communities

In social work practice, social workers may work with individuals, families, groups, organizations, and communities. For this discussion:

Describe a hypothetical client you have been assigned (estimated age, gender, ethnicity, socioeconomic status, health status, family size, and general services the practicum site is providing to the client). Do not share the client’s name; instead use a pseudonym to respect the “practicum site” and “client”.
Describe how you, as a social worker in your practicum site, “think globally but act locally.”
Describe any experience, if none, then state so, you may have with the Individualized Education Plan (IEP) process or with using technology with young people for the purpose of engaging in a therapeutic relationship.
