Two important considerations for any psychological assessment, including personality assessments, are reliability and validity. As you learned in this chapter, reliability refers to the consistency between results of assessments, while validity represents an assessment’s accuracy in measuring what it is intended to.

STEP 1: Take at least two of the personality tests mentioned in this chapter (or other legitimate tests):
STEP 2: Analyze your results. Discuss the results with at least one other person who knows you (preferably someone who knows you well) and decide if you believe the results accurately describe who you are. In at least 150 words, write a post describing the tests and your results, analyzing both their validity and reliability.
STEP 3: Reply to at least TWO of your classmates in a substantive way, adding to the discussion with at least 75 words.
