Let’s face it, the peer-reviewed research and the course materials that are highlighted for this week can paint a troubling picture of the “average American client/athlete”.  How we use this information to design individual client/athlete (or team) training programs will determine how successful your clients will be in reaching their long-term health and fitness goals.
