❖ Processing cluster’s DSR data accurately and timely to facilitate the generation of monthly sales journal by the 5th
working day of the following month
• Ensure DSRs are processed on a timely basis to facilitate month-end close
• Ensure proper authorization controls over DSR payouts
• Ensure sufficient supporting documentation is provided for payouts to be valid
• Ensure vouchers are crossed and cannot be reused
• Ensure warning and deduction letters are requested from store managers
