Instructions:
For this assignment, you will conduct a self-assessment SWOT analysis. Complete the assessment just as you are today, assessing your personal strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats that affect your personal growth as a student and future healthcare administrator. In a future class, you will be conducting a more detailed SWOT analysis on healthcare content; this activity is intended to help you become familiar with how to use this strategic marketing tool.

Strengths are positive attributes that facilitate growth.
Weaknesses are negative attributes that adversely affect growth.
Opportunities are external events and circumstances that have the potential to positively affect growth.
Threats are external events and circumstances that have the potential to negatively affect growth.

As you may notice in the provided example, the student is highly motivated and an expert at APA Style format and public speaking. At the same time, the student remarks on having issues with being self-critical and not always being a team player. This student could suggest ways to improve on her weaknesses and threats and also to build on her personal strengths.
