• A 2015 Ford Escape (red, 4-door) in Richard’s sole name, odometer reading 86,000,
good condition, standard features, zip code 48315
• Chase Bank Acct # 5687, a joint checking account with $22,205 in it as of the date of
death.
• Comerica Bank Acct # 1099, a separate savings account in Richard’s name with
$3,250 in it as of the date of death.
