what you learned about yourself while working on their team project. The reflection paper should incorporate the following components:

1) What you learned about yourself

· Increased my confidence in how to receive/manage my different types of stress and emotions working with diverse/new/different area codes/ different age/ different schedules/different members virtually as a team. (Please source theory types in ch.7 slides)

· Experienced Quick to adapt to different decision-making styles (Please source from ch.12)

· Being able to present money management skills (Budget) to young age audience (5th-8th graders)

· I felt excited about learning new technology trends, such as Google slides, Prezi, Wix.com, Slack and Zoom. This is how I want to improve my leadership skills. (By learning new technology trends)

2.) What you would do differently (if anything) if you had the chance to do it again and why

· Learn and grow my skills from a technical standpoint, to improve my confidence as a leader.

The grading rubric is as follows:

· Did you properly explain the theories in your own words? (DO NOT QUOTE THE SOURCE. If you quote the source, you will lose points)

· Did you appropriately apply the theories (i.e., demonstrating an accurate understanding of the theory)?

· Does the paper contain rich insights gained from the writer’s personal experience or is it simply a commonplace description of what did the writer do?

· Application of two class theories to what you learned (make sure to explain in your own words, cite in proper APA format (see Purdue online writing lab for help), and apply the theory appropriately). (APA of textbook down below)
