The Business Proposal Assignment | Online Assignment

You will be developing a business proposal for change in the field of your major course of study or in a field directly related to it. Your business proposal will be influenced or based upon a proposed change or improvement to a perceived deficiency or gap which may be remedied by process improvement for your company or industry. It can either be a business proposal based on a solution to a problem in your field or industry, or an idea to improve a facet of it. Additionally, you will be expected to use the topic that I have already pre-approved, as well as utilizing the sources that I have already researched and submitted.

Topic for Business Proposal
Digital Marketing: I chose this topic because the world has become a global village, thanks to technology. This topic applies in my field of study because it highlights how the aspect of digital marketing has revolutionized the ways in which business people conduct their activities in the global market (Kingsnorth, 2019). It signifies a change in the trends in my career because online business has led to the expansion in the operations of various business activities if it is done in the right way.

business proposal should include:

• Problem Statement
o Describe your problem and everything leading up to it (the history)
o Research the problem and provide accurate details as to how it has affected your industry
o State your opinion on how (or how not) the problem has been previously handled.
o Explain why your proposed solution/idea is necessary or vital in your field
• Proposed Solution
o Pitch your solution/idea and describe it in full detail
o State the benefits you expect it to yield and the results you expect it to produce
o Explain why your proposed solution/idea should be endorsed by your industry
• Proposal Evaluation
o Come up with a plan on how to implement your solution/idea
o Evaluate your solution/idea in areas such as cost, effectiveness, time, employee acceptance, ease
of administration, political acceptability, legal factors, work distribution, and efficiency
o Ask yourself questions like: Is the time frame, budget and scope of work reasonable? Does my
industry or company have the time, expertise, and resources to complete the project.
