For this assignment, I would like you to take the (Crime and Justice in the new Millennium) topic, and apply them to the past, present, or the future of criminal justice in New York City.
I want you all to think critically about how what we have studied has real-world implications on the immediate world around us (i.e., NYC), and how it impacts not only law enforcement and criminal justice professionals and practitioners, but the community as a whole. This is also a research exercise, so please be sure that you include outside relevant sources to back up your points and perspective with fact.
