The essay is titled “This I Believe.” The assignment is to write a 500-600 word essay expanding on the importance of keeping things in perspective in our lives. I would like to relate the idea to our unusual circumstances regarding the Coronavirus. There are times in our life when nothing seems to be going our way. We may find ourselves fighting battles, fixing problems, etc. It is easy to get caught up in situations such as these. We tend to get down on ourselves and others, losing motivation and hope. It is during times like these, or even in the mess of just everyday life that we must keep things in perspective. This means that we must remember things can and will get better. There are always brighter days.
The only requirements are: at least one colon, semicolon and em dash. It must also include at least one number presented in accordance to AP Style and a title.
