This project requires you to create information for communicating strategies to managers on their recruitment. Your recruitment agency was identified by a university to assist them with recruiting and hiring of a Project Associate for their organization. Some of the duties provided from the managers are projects and teaching. The university is an education organization and desires that your Recruitment Agency provide recommendations for recruiting. What recommendations might you provide to them. What information might you request from the managers?
