The special challenges would include not only properly knowing how to care be attentive to one with autism or down syndrome but additionally how to handle them when they have adverse effects to the medication they are required to take or when they have side affects when the medication has not been taken on time. — When you become the lead teacher or boss, how will you handle such situations? —- Your answer _
