Analyse a 5 mins’ video within the bounds of good taste and demonstrates ineffective communication.

Just need to write an introduction and conclusion for the presentation. The body paragraphs will be present. The introduction needs to include a description of the video, an introduction of communication and what we are going to cover. And the conclusion is going to summarise the body paragraph and finish the presentation. The word limit is 350 for intro, and the conclusion is 300 words.
